Prodotta a Mosca in 674’000 esemplari essa fu una copia dell’altrettanto famosa radio francese SNR Excelsior 52, almeno per quanto riguarda l’estetica. La circuitazione invece è un tipico prodotto sovietico. Essa montava per la prima volta in Unione Sovietica delle valvole tipo miniatura. L’involucro è in lamiera verniciata.
